This place is the absolute best!! The staff are honest, friendly, and kind. I was passing through town with my family when the truck's check engine light came on, right before heading further west into a deserted area. I called Asa and they immediately worked us in, despite it being their busy season, and they ran diagnostics for us. They let us know that the error code was minor and we could proceed with our trip with full peace of mind. If we lived in the area I would use them 100% of the time!
200 miles into our 1000 mile drive home, pulling a 10,000 lb trailer, with my family and a dog our truck broke down. We ended up getting towed to a local repair shop, and stayed in a hotel right by ASA Auto plaza. The repair shop recomended I speak to Joel at ASA auto to discuss my options. After looking at several options for purchasing trucks to get home, Joel and his team helped us find the part to repair our truck and overnighted the part to the local repair shop for a next day repair. Absolutely amazing! Caught in downpour on interstate when wiper motor went out. We drove in short intervals trying to find some place to replace. Missy guided us over the phone to get to the shop. AND she discovered it was covered by a recall! They had all the parts and had us back in the road in less than hour. Can’t say thanks enough. You all are the best!!
Missy literally saved my life! Derek, Zack and Cody did a great job as well. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car and found everything I needed to get back on the road. And all of this on the eve of a holiday weekend. I called in the middle of an emergency and your staff rolled out the red carpet. Fast, friendly and very efficient. They all deserve a great big raise! Thanks for the great service in the midst of a crisis!
