Enjoyed our experience with Asa!
Did not screw on the under tray cover properly.
We were interested in a SUV. My husband talked with Tim. Tim hung up on him saying his starting offer was ridiculous. Then said my husband isn’t his father so he didn’t care about his demeanor. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
Staff was great to work with, they were able to help me find / order the vehicle that I wanted. Staff very helpful with familiarizing the vehicle to me.
I would never go anywhere else to buy a car after the wonderful experience I had at ASA Auto Plaza of Austin. When we stopped there to just check on cars and we seen this one that I was interested in Daryl the salesman came right out and said let me open it up for you, which he did. My Son in law and daughter were with me so they looked in it also and the salesman Daryl was not pushy and he mentioned a few good points that the car had and my Son in law ask him a few things and not once did Daryl hesitate with his answers he ... read more
