This is a fabulous shop and one I enjoy visiting on trips to New Orleans. The owners are extremely helpful.
The worst experience I've had whith a repair in 45 years. The repair was OK. However, I was quoted one price and when I retrieved the piece it was almost double. I had not been consulted about the increase and would not have approved it . As far as the owner was concerned it was a done deal. Very nonchalant and no apology offered only that it cost more than he thought... and had no problem passing the cost on to me.
