On 5/16/25 a tree was struck by lightening and he came out the next day; said he would do the job to take the tree off the house (which he did) and we were able to put a tarp on the roof. But he said he would be back in about a week or 2 to get the tree out of our yard and haul it away. I called him when it was a week after to check in - he said he’d be out within the next week, they have other houses to get trees off. Next week came, I tried to call — went straight to voicemail. Answered first thing in the morning and was there within an hour! Reasonably priced and so friendly! Highly recommend. We just asked for the tree cleared off the road and they did exactly that.
