Nasty people, Nasty work ethics, Nasty service!
This is the worst transport!!! We either have to share a ride with others, sometimes more than 1 person while they are aware that I come with my companion, driver is never on time and make us wait an additional 30 minutes from the set up pick up time. I'm so disappointed that they treat their customers like this. I get it we need the transport, but that does not mean that they should take advantage of this and disrespect their customers by making them wait. I don't recommend thus transport, is not reliable!
Faaaaatal el Servicio.. es la peor compañía de transporte que he usado.. el taxi llegó 30 minutos tarde.. puso el recorrido sin Toll y llegamos tarde a la cita la cual me cancelaron.. el carro no tenía aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos al hospital me dejó 1 bloque más adelante.. Fatal el servicio y lo peor cuando me llaman para el regreso me dicen que tengo q esperar 1 hora y media.. increíble
They NEVER call you to let you know when your ride gets cancelled. Mind you, my father is a cancer patient. They're never on time either, always at least 30 minutes late. I don't know if its the drivers fault or the companies fault. Would never drive with this company if it weren't for the fact that my dads insurance keeps assigning them for his trips.
I love this car service . The drivers are fairly on time , and the telephone operators are so pleasant . I just wish they would stay open a little later. Thank you for being the best . UPDATE : They have changed drastically since the pandemic, now not only are they not on time , they have actually left me at return trips so long I had to take a bus and I’m disabled. Will never use them again .
