I had what was found to be a wiring problem in my septic system after new construction. The guys from A&S came out and pumped the system. I had a nice time talking to them during the process. It was believed that the electrician had fixed my problem and there was a fare-up this week. My building insisted that the electrician come out and make it right. He also offered to reimburse me for the service call last week. I contacted A&S and they promptly emailed the receipt. I got the refund. Happy ending I've instructed my family... read more

Absolutely the best service I've ever used for septic work (and I've used a LOT). They were out within 2 hours of calling (not a week) and turned a disaster into pleasant, learning situation going well beyond what anyone has ever offered before -- offering advice and suggestions and recommendation. I will definitely be using them again and will whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I'd give more than 5 starts if I could. A+

Great service! It had been 30 years since my septic system had been installed with no clean outs. Was always told, "if it goes down and not overflowing, the system is working & no need for a clean out"... Not true. They are very professional and informative. I highly recommend A & S. Thanks for your service.

We called early Friday morning and they were able to get us in the same day. Excellent customer service! They went over everything that had happened and why. They even stopped at the radio station on the way over to pick up one of the radio super saver certificates for us. We will definitely be using them again and recommending to others that they do also! Thanks again guys!!
