There were so many options for my kids to pick from! Everyone keeps saying that they were rude, they were the best people I have ever seen.
Accused us of stealing after paying for an item. The cashier wasn’t paying attention to a single thing 2-3 feet away from him. We then saw 2 children with the stolen items. Making us wait for them to check the cameras and had another employee stand at the door so we couldn’t leave. We were accused on the basis that they kept their toys fully stocked and one wasn’t there. Do better pay attention to your stock and stop accusing customers while kidnapping them.
Don’t waste ur time,staff not friendly
Purchased something broke the same day, took it back the next day to exchange and he claimed my child did it. Both arms came off and the Velcro that holds the hands together came off. He was very rude. Will never buy from there again.
The woman that works here is the rudest employee ever.. Do not shop here..
