I hired this company to do end of lease cleaning. Whatever product was used stripped all the colour off our kitchen counter top and left streak marks of where the product was used. When i requested someone come out to rectify the issue they said they would organise someone and they stopped answering my calls, messages and emails. I had to pay a whole new company to attempt to fix the issue so i wouldn't have to pay for a whole new kitchen countertop and even at that the damage wasn't salvageable. Fixed a time per the cleaners suitability and came home after taking a half a day off and the owner Sunny sends a text message if it is ok that i can come tomorrow which i denied. since then called and message a few times to reschedule in a few hours. finally i called from another number...answers the phone and diaconnects when gets to know its my wife and then doesnt pick up again. what a SHAME
