Shane has been fantastic. I had to change the appointment and it was no problem for him. He was on time and took great care while installing the cooktop. I cannot say enough positive about Shane ans As Isz Services Appliance Repair.
Scheduled a call back... didn't call back. Scheduled an appointment, came out talked on their phone about personal problems as loud as ya like and tinkered for a bit, but didn't fix the issue. Told me they had to order some parts, didn't hear back from them for 4 weeks and that was after I had someone who was a professional come out and fix my troubled machine. Thanks, but no thanks. Better leave as is.
Shane is awesome! My fridge broke down Friday night and he was there Saturday! Incredible service!
