When we first dealt with them, things were great. We were pre approved from the beginning and went in knowing what we wanted. We bought a fifth wheel from them and bill told us multiple times it was completely winterized and ready to go. Even after signing the paperwork we double checked with them that EVERYTHING was winterized... Yep we have all of them winterized when they come here.
