We appreciate the sales people and the service, but when our granite arrived, there was a large un-matched seam right down the middle of our main countertop. It was very poorly planned out and when we spoke to the company, they basically said “oh well”. We fully understand the need for seams, but with a little forethought this could’ve been much more aesthetically pleasing. There is a very well matched seam In the corner. We just had our kitchen island countertop installed this morning and we could not be happier with the quality and overall fantastic customer service. From the receptionist, to delivery everything was amazing. I did not catch the receptionists name but she was super helpful in helping us choose the right slab for us as well as giving us some design advice that otherwise we may not have considered. We are SO happy with the results and will be referring everyone we know here! ☺️

I bought a piece of marble 12 inches long and 3 inches wide as a customized for me. 1) Delivery was not on time. 2) The first time when I went to pick it up, I was told that pice is ready and broken. He needs to glue it together, and I can wait for an hour. I paid over $ 300 for this. I said I wanted a new Piece because I paid for a brand new, not for a broken glued piece.
