Requested a mold report got it when Tony said, even called the day of just to confirm due to time constraint, was polite and kind didn't make it seem like I was nagging him. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent service and professional team. Tony was extremely thorough - no cupboard, electrical outlet, attic beam, foundation block, or septic tank went untouched! He actually dug up our new septic tank - after finding it with a blinky thing he flushed in the toilet!!! It was nice that he explained everything to ME and not just my husband. I recommended him to everybody needing or wanting an inspection. You WANT an inspection before you buy at least to know what your fix it list will be. 5 stars
