This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life! The lady in the wig department was rude, unfriendly, and refused me service. She yelled at me about the wig policy (??) which was written on a tiny sign in the very back of the store, and then to proceeded to tell us we were done shopping. I couldn't believe it - I was actually planning on buying two wigs. Terrible experience. HORRIBLE PLACE!
Publicly humiliated by sales associate for coming back in after buying extensions (a brand I have bought numerous times in the same color and style) I did not ask for a refund or an exchange. Simply wanted to know why they were so much thinner, stringy, and falling off the weft. She shook the extensions in my face while yelling that I just want money (again, I never mentioned a refund) I just wanted to know if I should call the manufacturer or if the other boxes looked similar. They don’t like to let you return things and try to accuse you of stealing if you open something to make sure it’s what you’re looking for before you waste money because you can’t bring it back !
They have so much variety and almost everything you could want for your hair care needs. The human hair prices are really high, but there is so much synthetic and human/synthetic hair blends that you'll find what you need. They also keep up with the current style trends. Great place to buy hair and hair care products for all hair types.
They are fuckin trash sold me a bad ass wig it was horrible sould never pay for shit there again
I have been shopping there for years, went in tonight and tried to return a pair of leggings that I bought last week and was told they smelt, I was very offended and will never go back!
