After a couple of times, I found out they just want to make money failing you on inspection etc .. They told me, the power steering is leaking and bottle was full, if it's leaking why is the bottle full? They told the same thing to a family member, they gave me an estimate and offer to do the job, Just to clean the oil... $100. And about $500. to fix the leakage that doesn't exist 🤦🏻. I don't recommend this place...
I will not question the character of the people who worked at the shop, but I will say that in my experience I was very dishonestly treated. I took my Acura MDX with 38,000 miles on it in for an inspection, and I was told I had an issue with one of my brake pads immediately on starting the inspection. This felt very dishonest, as my car is almost brand new. My wife drives it to work. Mediocre at best
Worse experience they did my car inspection and replace my own headlight for $180 and plus behavior is very bad :(
Did my state inspection today, very knowledge and friendly! Was in and out.
