I had a water leak in my home and contacted Arzeyuth. The person I spoke with confirmed a 5pm appointment for the next day. At 5:20pm, he never showed up as I waited so I texted and called and asked if he was still coming. He did not pick up and later responded 30 min after the appointment (frankly I think he forgot) and said he was stuck in “standstill” traffic and that he already missed two appointments and then proceeded to ask to switch to 4:30pm the next day.
