Dr. Cooke use to be so helpful, but recently didn’t care to show any care or concern for an issue that I was having and still hasn’t called or sent a message to see how I am doing and also how my issue was being resolved. They say they will call you back in 24 hours and even when it’s an emergency, they don’t even call back right away. I was so disappointed in Dr. Cooke and how she treated me. 10/10 The service and teams at the White Plains and Brandywine offices are top tier. I drive an hour and a half for my pellet therapy, but that's fine with me because there is no other place in Maryland that I trust at this point.
Dr. Cooke has a very good bedside manner, she listened and came up with a plan of action.....I didn't feel rushed through the line. Thank you!
Dr Cooke is Very Personal and A Great Doctor Hands on With You . She is Great With Dealing with Fibroids.
