Horrible experience. They cut my hair during a take-down and then had the nerve to try to charge me more that the amount I was told before starting after they were done.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in for medium knotless braids two weeks ago. First it took them over 8 hours with 2 people working on my head (I am usually done within 4 hours at another salon). After finishing my hair they were in a rush to get me out of the chair without letting me see my hair, so I didn’t get a good look until I was home. The parts and braids are not even and crooked. I stopped by here for a walk-in after being heavily disappointed by another shop that I had made an appointment with. They got me in and out in about 5 hours (two people on my head.) The ladies were so very sweet and kind! They did a wonderful job and I will most definitely be back!!!!

They have very good braiders with reasonable prices at Ariana‘s. The only reason I didn’t give them a five is because they had this one braid stylist that every time you tell her to do a style she never does what you say if you tell her you want small braids,she do big braids. If you tell her you want big braids, she do small braids. She never gives you the hairstyle that you want, but the braiding is excellent.
