I was very apprehensive about the medical eye procedure/surgery that I was about to undergo. However, as soon as entered the Clinic, the front office & medical staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everyone made sure that I was comfortable, both physically and emotionally. Dr. David Kaye is not just very professionally savvy, but also very relatable and kind, and he made sure that my otherwise uncomfortable moment, was as easy and painless as an eye medical procedure/surgery can be. I have been taking my parents to see Dr. Aryan 'Paz' Pazirandeh at Natural Vision in Fresno for over 5 years and he is one of the best doctors my parents have ever had, and they see over 10 doctors each!Dr Paz is not only extremely knowledgeable and capable regarding his profession of optometry but has the rare ability to explain complicated procedures and concepts in clear and easy to understand terms, while still being very precise and thorough. I've been going to natural vision for years and I've never had any bad experience there until now. I went to go purchase a new frame the ladies working in the back were rude and not helpful or professional whatsoever.
I have talked with other customers who have had complaints about wait times and billing issues. I find it to be suspicious that 3 of the 5 star rated reviews were submitted on the same day. Coincidence? Or a business attempting to inflate there review rating??? Save your receipts. I do like the finished product, but when I pay at the office and get a bill stating I owe them money only to have to dig up receipts or bank transactions only to have them tell me 'oh we see it now' is a little frustrating to say the least. My husband has been a patient of Natural Vision for years and I have started going to Dr. Kaye instead of my regular eye doctor. My husband recommended him and I have never been more pleased with a doctor. He was kind, considerate, he listened to everything I had to say, I was amazed with the quality of service and attention. I will never even bother going anywhere else ever. Dr. Kaye and Natural Vision is the place for me.
I got my Lasik here. It was so reasonably priced and I can see perfectly now without my stupid glasses. :)

Natural Vision is a very clean and professional place. I have been there several times now over that last few years and they are sometimes busy, but they are very efficient and friendly. I recommend them highly.
I have been to several eye doctors and this one, by far, was the best. My initial appointment took a total of 3 hours, but it was because they had to dilate my eyes. I got in quickly and the staff were friendly. Their Fresno office does make glasses at the office and I had them the next day!
