Devastated to hear you will be destroying history - Island Beach Motor Lodge and Chef Mikes is a gem and the only place like it - been a patron for many years - I was raised coming here and my kids now young adults were here every summer - truly sad - as my younger daughter says it’s magical.
Please keep the island beach motor lodge Just As It Is. there is no other place like it, really really nice place for 50+ years
Worse place to buys a house from my floor still cracks and make noise like an old house. No one have yet come to fixed my floor

Arya built a new home for my wife and I in Toms River. The house was constructed in about 8 months. We have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the staff. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, and the builder addressed it with the appliance company under warranty. I cannot say enough about the build quality as our fit and finish is better than some homes costing twice as much.
