Not sure what to say other than I am disgusted. I was notified less than 24 hrs before my appointment by a computer message. This appointment I have been waiting on for months. Had 3 UTI’s since end of August and in ER November for severe pain. Passing kidney stones. Was told by ER Dr to f/u with urologist by Nov 18th. Since I had an appointment already on the books for Nov 28th, I waited. Then appointment canceled by a computerized message. Dr. Khatiwoda is amazing. She is straight forward with diagnosis, procedures and prognosis. I knew what to expect. Dr. Khatiwoda help ease my mind to let me know I was in good hands. Highly recommend her!
