I traveled from out of state to purchase a car I saw at Platinum. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were. Always took my call or called me back leading up to travel/purchase day. I purchase a vehicle there on Feb 20th of this year and the engine died while driving on 95 south on Feb 29th. Imagine all the traffic coming behind me when the car stopped!! I have never been this scare in my entire life. I had the car towed back to that dealership and what I was told was "You bought the car AS IS" So, yes AS IS but I did not sign a contract saying that the engine was going to died after nine days! I had originally given this dealership a 1 star review but was able to address my concerns with management and they were very accommodating. We are test driving the Neon I was looking at and more than likely will buy it.
I was working on deal for a Jeep Gladiator. Asked several times before sending deposit if clean title not salvaged. Was told yes Good clean one owner. I ran the vin and came back totaled 2 yrs ago. I asked about the totalled jeep being sold as not. And they broke off all contact. SCAMMER CROOK LIAR
