Tried to make an appointment for the first time but have been coming here for years with my parents, they stopped going here but I didn’t want to look for a new spot cause I’m lazy and the first time I call to make an appointment the person on the line has the softest voice ever, I was on speaker full volume and had it to my face and ear and could barely make out what she was saying… I told her several times that her voice was really soft and I couldn’t hear her and she continued to speak softly lmfao. At Arvue Eye Care, you will see what you love, and you will love what you see. I came in for an eye exam. Front desk staffs checked me in right away. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to talk to. No one tried to upsell anything, which came across as professional and made me trust them. The exam was straightforward and Dr. Dinh explained what they were doing as well as answering my questions without overcomplicating things. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
I came here back in April 26 with one of my coworkers to get new glasses and I needed it since I haven’t got my glasses since August 2023 and the service was good. I enjoyed it. A doctor was funny but my problem is that I wish they would’ve called me to tell me that they couldn’t do my glasses instead of waiting a month after to tell me that they couldn’t do it. They could’ve told me like a week before or something like that instead of telling me a month later that they couldn’t do that for me like that’s very unprofessional... read more
