I’ve been coming here since college, maybe since 2018? But this place is hands down the most reliable and trustworthy place. They’re very flexible in scheduling and were even able to see me for an emergency the same day and prescribed me antibiotics for an eye ulcer. I moved out of Seattle 4 years ago, but I firmly believe I won’t be able to get the same quality of care elsewhere, that I’m willing to drive from Federal Way to see my primary eye doctor. Tried to make an appointment for the first time but have been coming here for years with my parents, they stopped going here but I didn’t want to look for a new spot cause I’m lazy and the first time I call to make an appointment the person on the line has the softest voice ever, I was on speaker full volume and had it to my face and ear and could barely make out what she was saying… I told her several times that her voice was really soft and I couldn’t hear her and she continued to speak softly lmfao.
