I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Neel for my eye care, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Neel took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Neel to anyone in need of an excellent ophthalmologist!
As I sit in the prep room here at the Ophthalmology Surgery Center of Dallas, with my 82 year old mother, I have grown more intensely incensed as I witness the apparent and blatant disregard for patient service and consideration. It is one thing to have scheduling issues arrive due to unexpected emergencies, etc. However, it is completely unacceptable to have all patients arrive at the same time on surgery day, and literally have them sit in waiting for 3+ hours BEFORE being taken back for the procedure they are actually app... read more
