Don't do business here. My weed eater caught fire after they worked on it. The technician hung up on me when I called to tell them about it. They said that if I wanted a refund, they would have to keep my weed eater in exchange. ??? Extremely unprofessional staff.

TERRIFIC !!! I recently took my riding mower to a local shop to have my drive belt replaced. When they re-assembled I was advised the engine would not turn and was presented with (2) options, $900 for a new engine or $1300 for a new mower. I collected the mower and took it to Arvin. ( I should have brought it there first) They did advise it was a busy time of year and it would take a week for them to look at it. Very professional service!! I took my mower in to have the shaft bearings on the pulleys for the blades fixed and they did a great job at a very fair price. It did take a couple of weeks before they could get to it, but that's because they do such a great job I think everybody uses them. I would highly recommend Arvin's because of the professional and courteous service. It's worth waiting for.

Best Service In the Triangle! – I had my mower worked on by others in the area and was not treated well. This is the BEST service I have received since moving here. They were polite and honest, the let me know how much it would cost up front and when they fixed the problem when they did the regular service they did not charge me unnecessary. I MOST strongly recommend this business!

Be aware of how this business practice their services – I took my chain saw to this place 02/04/2011 and told them to check it and see what the problem was and to call me before doing the work, They call before I got back home to tell me it was fixed, not what I wanted. After this I thought I would try getting my lawn-mower fixed, I told the lady writing up my ticket that I was on a budget and I needed to know how much it would be, before repairing and she took me back to the mechanic, he said he would check it out and call ... read more

My name is Brent Reck. I live in the 40/42 area of Garner. I've recently called Arvin Inc to replace my deck belts, blades and to do a general tune up on my riding mower. The staff was great, they fixed everything the first time and had honest pricing. I will never take my mowing equipment to another shop, Outstanding!
