My wife and I had Arvin Home Inspections out to inspect our house prior to purchase in 2015. The father son team came out and did what we thought was a through inspection until we moved in and found out they missed some serious issues. We also had to delay our closing because they delivered a blank home inspection, then took several days to send our home inspection after being promised that we would receive it before our closing which was extremely unprofessional causing much unneeded stress.
