They never answer the phone,,you walk in and they tell you to call and make a appointment!?? Really!!?
Drove from Bakersfield after scheduling an appointment online. No one opened the door for the long line of people who were waiting outside in the cold. People knocked and still no one came to the door. No one answered the phone either after multiple calls. Horrible experience.
My covid19 testing procedure ran smoothly! Except for my results. Waiting for my results through LHI and couldn't access until I logged in through QUEST.
Worst experience ever! Im an RN I took my kids to get tested i drove 2 hrs exactly from victorville to arvin as soon as i arrived the staff there told me they didn't have any testing kits for kids ! At the emergency room me and my other nurses use the exact same swab kit for adults and children! This is unacceptable! The lack of communication from the center to the patient !
