During this recent heavy rain and strong winds our heater stopped working and our thermostat showed us an E74 error. I google the issue and found on YouTube a couple solutions, but unfortunately nothing worked. Being that it was Sunday I did not expect an answer, but I got an answer and an appointment to service my unit within 24 hrs. I was unable to meet our scheduled appointment time, but Arvin Aire worked with me to reschedule.
