I called to dispute 2 charges on my account. Both reps that I spoke to were unhelpful and rude. The first lady tried to argue with me and then "cold transferred" to another department. Once she transferred me I was left on hold then told I would receive a call back. The lady who called me back was apparently having a bad and didn't attempt to resolve my issue. I wished her well and hung **. In the meantime the problem isn't solved. The worst customer service ever!!!
During the pandemic I was able to keep up my mortgage payments but recently with inflation, high gas prices, food prices, etc. I was a little late in one mortgage payment and of course they charged me late fees. Doing my best, I keep sending the original mortgage payment but had to save up for the late fee which by now is $123.99. My father passed last year. My mother is handicapped. So, I'm tending to her finances and care. I sold their house which had a mortgage with Arvest of ***********. With zero help from them after providing the requested death certificate and POA that they required at that time. They still refused to help. I figured out the amount of the payoff after late fees and such. After paying off the mortgage they owed my Mother $750.00 in escrow. Account only open for 3 weeks. Checked with this bank to see if a check was fraudulent and it was but they incorrectly closed my account and couldn't even tell me why. I know someone in that bank accidentally cashed that fraudulent check into my account and they are covering it up. **************** manager was a joke, nothing we can do basically saying I was a liar and they wont even investigate. This bank is trash. Dont go here.
