I have a very significant amount of money in this bank . They charges me 17.00 for an overdraft and I’ve never been in overdraft period !!!! They will not refund it so I will b taking over 100k out TODAY and move to another bank !

Rude, not professional customer service at the call center. Arvest loves stealing money from you as sneaky as they can be about it and then refusing to correct the issues they caused. I cant believe I have been a customer with a bank like this for as long as I have been .

I do not recommend Arvest if you run a successful business online. Before when I had a regular job I was fine with Arvest for years but since I started making a high income living on social media it has been nothing but problems. They just do not like a lot of online transactions especially through PayPal which is what I use for most of my vendors. Posted April 1st 2024 I had a problem and I worked with Jessica Trantham from Arvest mortgage care team. She was outstanding and listened to my concerns. She is trust worthy, honorable and personable. When Jessica says she is going to do something she sticks to her word. She had my problem taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Something is up with the mortgage division. They no longer escrow on the month the mtg was taken out 19 years ago. Something about a "new Oklahoma law" that requires them to do it not in Aug, but March of the FOLLOWNG year, 8 months AFTER. I have one friend in town whose payment jumped $250. because of increased insurance costs and the delaying new escrow, the same for months. Was with this bank for 11 years, had multiple accounts, and no issues at all until last week when they told me they no longer wanted me as a customer. Currently in the process of closing my accounts and finding a new bank.

Today January 9, 2024 I received a balance, eraser, prescreen loan application in the mail it was one of many I received over the past 12 months from the same Bank I thought what the heck I could Roll three high interest cards with a balance less than $15,000 into one payment called the number, gave them my information and with a credit score of 746 with zero late payments I was told due to policy changes since the letter was mailed out they were no longer offering me a loan not sure why I wasn’t told this before the hard cr... read more

I'd give zero stars if I could! Two months ago my account was hacked, I called to cancel my debit card and the rep I spoke to was so hateful to me because I had questions. Isn't that what they're there for? I was told the charges had to clear my account before I could dispute them. So I did that, all the while checking to see if my 'provisional credit ' was put into my account.
