One of the financial service "professionals", Christopher Manzi, enjoys posting videos of himself torturing animals online. As a result, I can't recommend this firm less. Do better.
They are simply terrible as far as I've seen with customer services. Mr. Bryant will not call me back after all day trying, no supervisor to escalate calls and they can't tell me where my 75K is. I will continue to update this blog as we find out who is going to help me. I work for Google and WE HAVE PRIDE in what we do...I can't say the same from this Firm!
