I had the pleasure of touring Arvella with Miah, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! Miah was kind, polite, and welcoming — she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The complex itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Every corner is so clean and organized, and the amenities are fantastic. DONT MOVER HERE! If I could give a zero I would. This place is ridiculously mean to the residents. They charge you for breathing. The pulled my toilet and it set in the floor for two weeks, turned my HVAC down to 69 degrees and left it there for three weeks (i was not there to turn it back to normal and they did not bother to go back and correct the setting) They make no effort to offer a concession for their mistake.
