El peor lugar para vivir, la administración es Usurera, tienen cargos inventados, sólo para el ingreso muestran amabilidad, y después x cualquier cuestión te mandan al buffet de abogados con cartas intimidatorias. Sólo podés lavar la ropa con Tydes, sí vas a tomar un café al Lobby estás + de 5 minutos te suben la música para qué te vayas, y si usas el barbacoa ,el Palomo te viene y te apaga la luz y te bloquea la puerta.
**The biggest problem with this building is not the apartments—it's the management.** I've never dealt with a management team that is so unwilling to help its residents. **Do NOT move into this building.** The management has been the worst I've dealt with in Miami. When I moved in, I paid **all required move-in fees with money orders**. Now they are trying to charge me AGAIN for the exact same fees I already paid. I've contacted the management several times, explained the situation, and provided proof that these charges were already paid.
