I called to get someone out to look at my A/C on Friday about 2:00 pm. I was told a tech would be calling me back. At 5:00 I call again. Was told they would send the request out again. Now it is Sunday. I have received no phone calls. Never showed up. If I can not even get someone to call me to setup a time it is really bad service. I do not plan on ever calling them again.
