Getting information or even the doctor to talk much was not easy. She was seemingly not interested in finding out why I developed chronic hives. She barely talked during the meeting. Dr. Bhasin does not listen, she is very text book and doesn't think outside of the standardized care decision tree method, which is what i thought Mayo docs did go beyond the textbook and apply current research to complicated cases. I asked about SLIT therapy, she looked at me like i had 2 heads. I also asked about reactions to e-cigarrett smoke and perfumes which have caused me to have spells, dysphonia and trigger Migraine headaches and vomiting. Dr Bhasin is the 9th new dr I've seen in the last year who does not know what's going on with my mystery illness, and of all the drs I've seen so far, she clearly cared the least about trying to figure out what's going on with my health. I'm used to being treated sort of like a hot potato with Drs lately, but Dr Bhasin couldn't get rid of me fast enough. That was the shortest time I've spent with a Dr so far.
