Nicely greeted as I came in the door. Coffee and water is available while you wait - if you have to wait. I was offered plastic shoe covers and my coat was taken and hung up for me. The dental assistant was very pleasant, gentle and informative. My questions were thoroughly answered with patience. The dentist came in and carefully checked my teeth and not only told me what needed to be done but showed me the area and explained why the work was needed to be completed. I saw Dr. Ken yesterday for a dental checkup and was very pleased with the service he provided. Dr. Ken is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.
