I’ve been going to Arvada Vision for several years. It’s always been a great experience. I feel like they are in a completely different league compared to places like the mall optometrists. Steve, that handles the glasses section keeps it well stocked with modern styles. They make the lenses in house to ensure the quality. I’m a big fan and have referred several people there
Really disappointing experience here. In April 2026 I got a call from a debt collection agency that I owed ~$150 to Arvada Vision and Eye dating back to 2024. Since 2024, I visited the clinic several times in 2025 and never knew about this outstanding balance - no one ever told me. Since being contacted by the debt collection agency, I spoke with two different people at the Clinic who BOTH told me they'd send me an invoice/bill in an email for what the $150 charge was for. Dr.Cross is outstanding!He’s compassionate ,listens to my concerns and answers my questions.He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.He’s been my Optomitrist for 30 years and is still my favorite!
