I have gone to this practice since I was 10 years old. I love the doctors here and see Dr. Bashford. The problem is with the front office staff. Recently, I was in for my annual eye exam. I paid for 6 months worth of contact lenses and was told I would receive them in 5-7 business days. Almost a week later, I received a call asking if the contact order was for my right or left eye. Modifed my old 5 star review. 3 calls over 3 days at different times, no answer. Tried to request an online appointment, no call back. The other review seem to indicate a change in owner. I am no longer interested in being a customer.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 30 years. I have never been dissatisfied until recently after they were bought out. and in the past they have always treated me great. But now they are corporate owned, they have gone down hill. Doctor cross is absolutely great, and I would trust him personally, with pretty much anything. But since they started not honoring my vision insurance, it has become problematic. They were bought out by Panorama Eyecare. They did not send information that they had changed. Insurance doesn't work. My information was removed from the system. They changed my appointment and didn't notify me because they didn't have it in the new system. Everyone had left the office. There is NO office manager. They used to be the best now they are the WORST.

I'd love to recommend this business but I can no longer do so. I had Dr. Cross for several years and have always enjoyed working with him. He's great! That said I have no idea what's going on with the front office there. I've had several transactions that I deemed somewhat problematic in the past and worked around them. These errors always seemed to indicate front office chaos, but I worked around them to continue to have Dr. Cross work with me. This last go-around, however, broke the camels back.
