Dr Cross and associates are always pleasant and professional. The office computer systems leave a lot to be desired, and it has been that way for a number of years.
The ladies in the office were all kind, warm, and helpful. I found myself smiling just from their positive energy. Every step of the appointment proceeded along like a well-oiled machine. The doctor was exceptional as well. I left with everything I needed and in want of nothing. Thank you!
