I so appreicate the skill and kind care that Dr. Smedley brings to every appointment. I am never rushed and he thoughtfully answers all of my questions. My cataract surgeries went very smoothly and I appreciate the surgery center's care team as well.
Was told to go get a MRI done, which I did. Dr. Smedley, decided to not call me with the results, when I call, the staff that answers the phone is incredibly rude, and have hung up on me several times. Since Dr Duvall has retired this whole office has gone down hill, if I could have given no stars I would have, as I believe one star is more then this office deserves.
Scheduling is unreliable. I’ve been shuffled without notice twice now. Annoying
I read the reviews for Dr. Smedley and the negative reviews are totally unfounded for him. One complaint was regarding an increase in co-pays. SERIOUSLY!!! That is not his fault. That is with your own insurance company. I found him to be compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I feel a bit bad because he took time to answer my questions before my procedure. The Doctor is usually running behind. He is very knowledgeable. He also is very young. I think that he is still adjusting to the eye center.
