I’ve been a patient here for many years, first with Dr. Duvall, and now Dr. Smedley. I’ve been very happy with my care from both ophthalmologists. The optical shop is much improved under Nick’s leadership. I am able to get specialty migraine lenses through the lab now. To address the reviews about long wait times, that has improved. Dr. Smedley ran behind early on because he was getting to know all the patients. I was frustrated by a long wait right after he started, but my recent visits have had more reasonable wait times. ... read more
If you’re needing a call back, don’t count on it being done in a timely fashion or even at all.
I so appreicate the skill and kind care that Dr. Smedley brings to every appointment. I am never rushed and he thoughtfully answers all of my questions. My cataract surgeries went very smoothly and I appreciate the surgery center's care team as well.
Was told to go get a MRI done, which I did. Dr. Smedley, decided to not call me with the results, when I call, the staff that answers the phone is incredibly rude, and have hung up on me several times. Since Dr Duvall has retired this whole office has gone down hill, if I could have given no stars I would have, as I believe one star is more then this office deserves.
Scheduling is unreliable. I’ve been shuffled without notice twice now. Annoying
