The salesman are pushy scam artists. They are the definition of a pest. The salesperson specifically told me and wrote down that I would be in a contract for pest control from May until Oct and then it will stop. Oh but it doesn’t they continue to bill through the winter months in case you need them. No service done. Furthermore, they bill before they come out. Sometimes it’s 2 weeks or more after you’re billed that you see them, and that’s after you call asking. They are here for 5 mins at the most and we still had wasp pro... read more
Freddy was awesome, kind and efficient today!
I have no soliciting signs and a Ring doorbell. Salesman comes up to house anyways, and knocks instead of ringing doorbell to not trigger recording. Would not recommend.
I'm just not impressed! The sales guy walked the neighborhood and came to our house 3x until he finally caught me at home. He told me that I wouldn't get billed until our home was treated. I was billed on the 5th yet was scheduled for service until the 22nd. When I called to find out when we was scheduled, I discovered that the call center was overseas. So, in my opinion, not a local company, even though the lady insisted they where since they were out of Charlotte. I want to do busy with a local company that I can understan... read more
This company has their sales people out knocking doors at 8pm on Friday nights. The kid who represented them was leaning on my porch post until my husband opened the door and he jumped. Do not send your people knocking this late People have sleeping kids - honestly, I'd rather have a card left on my door or mailbox than some Young punk disturbing my evening Don't bother offering to contact me - I don't care.
