I saw Dr Patel in 2021. Didn’t really help much with my wrist: useless Cortizone shot, recommending a stint cast, and physical therapy: no help. Now, years later, the problem got worse, and I finally figured out that I have this: De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Why didn’t you tell me that sooner? Why couldn’t he diagnose I actually had? Why didn’t you tell me how helpful compression therapy could be? Now I’m probably going to need surgery from losing those four years of good treatment instead of being able to prevent it.
Th worst experience. Car accident out front, 20 min + on hold trying to get a hold of someone in the office. When I finally walked in, I was too late and wasn’t able to be seen. What a joke this health care system is. Dr. can be late but if a patient is they get shafted.
An excellent surgeon! Skilled , organized and professional. Highly recommend! A year later I had a second surgery, this time on my left shoulder. Dr Patel is the best! He and his team were great both times.
Dr. Patel is excellent and I completely trust him. Dr. Patel and his staff are caring and compassionate. Dr. Patel was able to take care of My problem with My thumb and get Me to another Doc right away to make sure he was covering all the bases. Dr. Patel and his Ortho tech Rafa were amazing. My mother fell and broke her elbow badly during the holidays. Dr. Patel was kind and knowledgeable. We had an issue with my mom’s cast and the staff squeezed my mom in. Staff even stayed late to accommodate before my mom flew back home. Rafa was so kind, thorough and went the extra mile to make sure her cast was comfortable. It really made a huge difference and she got her first good night of sleep.
