I’ve never met someone with such poor bedside manner. I’ve been a nurse for fifteen years. I was referred to Dr. Sarkar by a friend after I was suffering from issues with my stomach. He would never say hello, address me by name, or even asking me how I was feeling. I’d often need to prompt him And inquire about lab results he himself had ordered during past appointments. I'm 29 & my name is Steven Rousseau i started as a patient of Dr. Sarkars when i was 19 years old and he is very caring and trustworthy my kids have gone here since they were born Dr. Bridgett & Dr. Jill are awesome pediatricians there great with kids, my wife also has been going there since she was 18 she's 29. Susan is awesome tbh all the nurses are very nice. Gerchan from the physical therapy part of the building is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this doctor ive never had such a good doctor.

Dr. Sarkar and the NP's who work there are fine but the office staff is either not well organized or under-staffed. Scheduling for services outside of the facility is very slow, even with a dire health concern. Staff seem accustomed to using the excuse that they are busy when you express concern at the amount of time it's taking. No concern is shown for a patient experiencing pain or worsening symptoms. Very lackadaisical and apathetic office/support staff. Could be a dangerous mix.
Our family has had Dr. Sarkar as our family physician for several years now. Great morale around the office with light heartedness and pleasant attitudes. He is very good with his diagnosis and genuinely cares about his patients. We are very fortunate to have such a jewel in our little town.
Disrespectful, rude, callus. I could go on and on. My family member was in his care, when my mom went to ask questions concerning his care, this ....I cant refer to him as a man nor doctor... Sarkar pointed to my Mom and told her to "SHUT UP!" and continued to antagonize my family. I have never seen nor heard of a so called doctor behaving this way, and he needs to be stopped! He doesn't care about people, and you need to have compassion doing this type of work, which he doesn't!
He was completely unprofessional and humiliating!
