I've been going to give blood here for literally decades. It's the only place I go to give blood, they are professional, courteous and their hours are generally convenient.
Good atmosphere with lots of light. Very friendly employees.
Went to donate blood, spent a half hour or so going through the process, questioning. Was told I couldn’t donate, because my doctor suggested that I donate. I don’t understand that at all. There are many reasons why a persons doctor may tell a client to donate; number one reason could be the need for good blood. I was told I needed a doctors note to donate..... if I just walked in, or left out information about the doctors suggestion, I would have been able to donate. Since when did a doctors advice become a bad thing?
Great staff. Gets you in and out fast. Always clean and stocked with snacks.
