Brian and his assistant are very approachable, very polite, and will try to accommodate you as best they can in a business where there is much more demand than supply. It may take a couple tries to get a hold of them because it's a small operation but if you call a couple times he will pick up and work with you. Brian is very organized and very transparent about work and pricing.

My pump went out last week and Arundel well and pump answered the call. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running fast. Highly recommend.

I have used other service providers before and Arundel Well and Pump stands out above all the rest. Totally professional. They responded timely to my call for help, did a complete job and showed concern to minimize the disruption of my lawn as they repaired underground piping. They also took time to explain the work to me. Very reasonably priced.
