I was stunned at how quick the response was to our inquiry. That was doubled by how quick he was able to get us scheduled and inspected. He completed a very thorough and valuable inspection. He also took plenty of time along the way to explain both what he was looking for and some general pointers to keep the house in top shape.
John performed 2 home inspections for me during my house hunting journey. John responded to my online quote requests within a few hours. John arrived early to the houses and explained everything in detail and provided excellent feedback. The inspection reports were provided the same night that he completed the inspections.
