We have been a long time customer of Rob Berry and would follow him anywhere. We have serviced all of our vehicles at Arundel Ford for some time now and this last time certainly exceeded our expectations. I did not even buy a vehicle with Arundel Ford, but I was on the hunt for a 2025 Ranger Raptor and I had seen that they were getting one. I reached out to them and other dealers letting them know I was interested in one. Dylan (sales consultant) kept me updated every week about the status of their order. No other dealer did that. I did find one at a random dealer who I hadn't called yet. If I have another chance to buy a Ford, I will definitely check out Arundel Ford first. Customer service is everything.
Great customer service. I needed my routine oil change and tire rotation done. They got it done with in the time limit they said and they explained to me everything that checked out for my ford bronco. I Really enjoy the service at Arundel ford!
I always go to Arundel Ford for service even though I now have a Buick. The Service desk is professional, personable and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable with outside seating available. As a woman, I often feel negatively judged in “male” environments; that has NEVER happened at Arundel. I feel listened to and respected here. I trust them completely and their work is thorough and accurate. You will be treated fairly and honestly. Cheers to Arundel Ford!
