I think they went out of business????? Recently moved to the area and received a recall notice on my F150. Have tried to call for the better part of two weeks and even left messages as instructed to get a service appointment. Never can get someone to answer the phone and never received any call backs. If it is because they are just not accessible, then sure, 1 star. If they have gone out of business, I guess it doesn't matter? Really quite a bummer bc I was pretty pumped that the dealership was right around the corner.
Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. From coming from out of state to purchase a commercial vehicle, the team at Arundel handled everything so well and extremely quickly. I was impressed with how efficient everything went.
