From securing an appointment to taking care of my sister-in-law, everything was excellent. From the secretary to the medical assistant and the doctor, everyone was so accommodating, kind, and professional. They made the entire experience smooth and made us feel well cared for.
I don’t think she is a bad doctor but she’s not a good doctor either! She has a great staff though. Dr Kone looked after my parents for years but I was never really happy about it, she didn’t show the type of care I expected from a physician. I attempted to see her for my injuries and I explained my condition and situation. I am a Teamster and our insurance works different because of contracts. I was literally told she didn’t feel like filling out paperwork which affects my insurance coverage
I have been a patient there for close to 10 years. Pleasant atmosphere, professional and knowledgeable.
