Dr.Sachdev was very attentive about my concerns concerning my upcoming procedures regarding risks versus benefits. He explained everything thoroughly to my understanding. He gives me hope and peace of mind. I trust him completely knowing that I’m in good hands.
Dr. Sachdev made me feel at ease concerning my procedure. His staff is courteous and professional.
He’s probably good at procedures - he did my colonoscopy, but if you go in the office, he has an entirely different personality and demeanor. When he did my colonoscopy, he told me to make an appointment to come to his office for a procedure at my convenience. I made an appointment and went in, and I mentioned that I was on a blood thinner to the medical tech. I asked her if it was okay that I was on it, and she said she had to check with the doctor. Excellent experience all the way around
Everything! He n the staff were ALL very welcoming. 2021 was my first time there n first procedure. I was scared n nervous about it up till I met them. He is very humble and I wouldn't go see anyone else. That's why I don't mind go back now 2023. Before I forget the place nice, clean, neat and smelled GOOD. They laughed at me but I was shocked.
Dr. Sachdev is very easy to communicate with and answered all questions in an easy to understand manner. He was kind and courteous. His staff is friendly and caring.
Dr. Sachdev and his staff are rude and condescending. He is arrogant and speaks to you like he thinks you’re stupid. His people skills are the worst.
Total confidence in Dr Sachdiev
Through my 10/11/2022 appointment, my confidence grew as we discussed medications in his field of expertise. He quickly changed 1 prescription to a new product which will be easier to take and improve results. He offered a quick recommendation regarding dosage for another medicine to improve results. He immediately ordered lab work and an outpatient exam regarding another set of symptoms I reported. The appointment was very successful.
