Martha is the ultimate professional property manager. She responds immediately to calls, texts, and emails. Lease is detailed and thorough, as well as move-out documents. My renting experience was a pleasure.
She didn't even really give us a chance. Told us that we'd be viewing the place with other people, weird. Said she hadn't checked our references at all even though we had applied TWO WEEKS before and also said that someone else was coming to look and she had already checked her references. We were informed the day after that we weren't chosen, at least she had the decency. If she had her mind set, maybe she should've mentioned it so that my time wasn't wasted. Shady.
