Called in with a couple of questions about how service is different on the weekends, got someone on the line who was very clearly over it for the day so we never made it in. Bummer.
Super upset, I was expecting great tasting food based off the reviews, paid over 85 bucks on a ticket for three people which is insane; the thing is I don’t mind paying for food that’s overpriced as long as it’s tasty because I’m a big foodie, but the food here is horrible, tasted so bland, not at all flavorful. Food had no taste, and the overpriced orange juice tasted like rust, when asking for water it came out warm with no ice, although the staff was friendly, the food was horrible.
Customer service was great. Food is horrible it absolutely has zero flavor.
