I had reached out to see if getting a custom hand chain was possible and got a response and appointment pretty fast! I also got a really cute custom ring made. I had an issue where a part of the hand chain broke a day after but she took me in pretty shortly after it broke for a simple repair and it’s held really strong since! She also checked in on me after to make sure everything was holding up okay which I appreciated.
The best!... I was so nervous to try someone new, especially after going to the same person for almost 25 years. However, Ana made me feel comfortable right away. She explained her process and talked me through it. She was thorough and really made sure I was happy as we moved along. I'm so glad I found her and this beautiful space!
