Lived in this building for over 4 years. every negative review you read is 100% true, most of the 5 stars are bots or bought. i left in April 2025 and have yet received my security deposit. management changed and they refuse to communicate to the previous management to pay the deposit back. claimed the check has been mailed(every time they lie and say something different) they do not fix any issue , theres a SEVERE MOLD ISSUE in most apartments - i was sick for months until i moved. if u stay in the main pool building- expec... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. This building has been an absolute nightmare from the start. We’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s been nothing but stress and frustration. Management changes constantly — every few months someone new shows up, and each one is worse than the last. No one takes responsibility, nothing gets fixed, and the level of disorganization is unbelievable. Every month there’s a new random charge added to our rent with no explanation at all. Horrible Management & Unsafe Conditions We’ve lived here 2 years and it’s been a nightmare. Management changes every few months, random fees are added to our rent with no explanation, and no one takes accountability. We have mold and water damage in our unit — maintenance came, said they needed a “professional,” and no one ever followed up We even got a parking ticket in our own building, and their excuse was “we emailed you.” Ridiculous. This place is a mess. We can’t wait to leave
