I ran into a couple of road blocks in finding a therapist that I felt comfortable with. Elisha has helped me out a lot. She's extremely knowledgeable, kind, and guides me to connect with stored grief and work on it through body movement. She's just wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a therapist.
