Made an appointment online. Technician called me to ask if it was ok to arrive early - sure! He promptly diagnosed and resolved the problem, and then spent the time to explain what was going on with my A/C and how to extend the life of my system. Great service! I would definitely use them again.

It’s rare to find a company with 5 stars review, especially with the amount of reviews. Selina scheduled our appointment and Jose showed up for our appointment. Jose did a thorough diagnostic check and explained every step of the way. He even hardwired the thermostat and the ac started working. It showed me us that our Honeywell thermostat indeed broke.
