The service, the price everything was excellent. We had some duct work in our crawl space. Communication was great, we knew who to expect, personalized things about them which make you confident about the service and safety. The gentleman who worked on our home was thoughtful and great to work with. Quality care and workmanship. Thank you!
Art of Comfort provides superior customer service. I am comfortable calling them with any HVAC problems.
It's October, and the Bay Area is still experiencing temperatures in the 90s and 100s, while my A/C stopped working. I reached out to a trusted electrician for a referral, and they recommended "Art Of Comfort." They scheduled a call the next day, and David arrived promptly. Armed with expertise, he quickly diagnosed my A/C with just a few questions and accurately identified the issue. In only 15 minutes, he had everything fixed. As the saying goes, an experienced engineer knows his craft well. In this case, David truly knows... read more
Honest professional.
I have never been disappointed with Art of comfort. I had them install a new Heat pump and the owner David and his crew were great. I had an issue with the blower, and keith and Fernando came the same day to help (during a heat wave). They were hard working and polite. The blower needed to be replaced and they came back the next day to do it. They left a portable AC unit for us to use in the mean time as they saw I had little ones and a pregnant wife. Amazing service
