I had a problem with the heating part of an AC unit in a rental property. I was already paying monthly for the expensive replacement of the AC part. I contacted the same company that replaced the AC part. They estimated $2000 to repair and $4000 to replace the heating unit. It seems that many companies always push for a complete replacement.
